The agreement
Terms and Conditions
Effective July 30, 2026
1. Definitions
a) “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions, your selected plan description, your order summary and any additional plan terms provided when you subscribe.
b) “Fees” means all charges and costs related to your Bonolo plan or services.
c) “Bonolo” refers to Bonolo Corp, and will be referred to as “Bonolo”, “we,” “us,” and “our.”
d) “Services” includes the mobile plan, device options and support provided by Bonolo as part of your current plan.
e) “Effective Date” means the date you start using Bonolo services.
f) “Device” means a mobile phone or connected device supplied or covered as part of your current Bonolo plan.
g) “Reasonable Use” refers to the acceptable level of service usage as determined by Bonolo.
2. Service Overview
Bonolo provides managed mobile plans with global coverage, human support and plan-specific device options. Depending on the plan, those options may include a phone, upgrades, protection or smartwatch data. The plan description and order summary shown when you subscribe form part of this agreement.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all the information you provide is accurate. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your personal or account information.
4. Phones, Protection and Upgrades
Device offers vary by plan and availability. If your plan includes a phone, upgrades or protection, the current plan description and any additional terms provided with it determine the eligible model, upgrade timing and coverage.
5. Loss or Damage Claims
Claims are subject to verification, and we may request additional information. Approved claims are normally processed within 1–2 business weeks. Any deductible, coverage limit and replacement option is determined by your current plan.
6. Global Coverage
Current Bonolo plans include global coverage in more than 200 countries without additional roaming charges. Coverage remains subject to network availability and reasonable use, and Canada must remain your home base.
7. Fees, Pricing, and Billing
You will be billed monthly at a flat rate, with no hidden fees or overage charges, plus applicable taxes. Your first payment is due when you subscribe. Recurring charges follow the schedule shown in checkout and your account. We may change pricing with prior notice; continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new price. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. Fair Use Policy
Bonolo services may be offered on an unlimited basis, subject to reasonable use. If your use is materially outside normal personal or business use, we may contact you and limit the affected service after notice. We will not add fair-use fees without your agreement.
9. Account Management for Businesses and Families
Businesses and families can manage multiple lines and devices under one account. You are responsible for keeping the account information accurate and managing the lines and devices linked to your plan.
10. Phone Number Ownership and Transfer
By signing up for Bonolo services, you agree to transfer ownership of your phone number to us for the duration of your membership. We reserve the right to move your number to any carrier during your service. When service ends, your number can be transferred back once outstanding balances are paid and any required device return or payout is complete. We will then authorize transfer to a provider of your choice.
11. Service Availability
Service may be interrupted because of network outages, provider changes or events outside Bonolo’s control. Refunds are available where these Terms, another Bonolo policy or applicable law requires them.
12. Cancellation Policy
Cancel at any time by giving 90 days’ notice. Service and billing continue through the notice period. Cancellation terminates all services, including device protection and coverage, at the end of the notice period.
13. Data Privacy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
14. Bonolo’s Role and Disclaimer
Bonolo manages mobile plans, device options and support through other service providers. Bonolo is not the underlying mobile carrier.
15. Limitation of Liability
Except for benefits expressly included in your current plan, Bonolo is not responsible for loss or damage to your devices, data or personal information resulting from your use of our services. Bonolo shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business or business interruption. Our total liability in any circumstance will be limited to the amount you paid for our services in the previous three months.
16. Disclaimer
Bonolo provides services “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services, and we are not responsible for damages arising from service interruptions, loss of data, or use of third-party products and services.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonolo, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, breach of these terms, or any third-party claims related to your actions while using our services. This includes legal fees and costs on a solicitor-client basis.
18. No Assignment / Governing Law / Survival and Severability
You may not assign this agreement without Bonolo’s prior written consent. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alberta. Any provisions that logically should survive termination will continue in effect after the agreement ends. If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.
19. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes through the contact information you have provided. Updates will be made available on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
